Terms of Service
Request Process• I don’t use forms. If you want to commission me, let’s talk.
• You can contact me via Instagram DM or e-mail.Queue & Payment• Waitlist: There is no upfront fee to join the waitlist. Your spot is secured after discussing your request with me.• Invoice: Payment is only requested when I’m ready to start your commission.• Payment Method:
– PayPal Invoice only• Payment Structure:
– Smaller commissions require full payment upfront
– Projects above $250 may be split into a 50/50 payment plan• No Refunds:
Once the work has started, payments are non-refundable.Work Process• You will receive updates at key stages:
– Sketch
– Flat Colors
– Final Render• Initial Sketch Phase:
You will receive 3 initial sketches to choose from.• If none meet your expectations, you may request one additional round of 3 new sketches, based on more specific feedback.• This is the maximum number of sketch rounds. After that, you must choose one option to proceed.• Minor adjustments during the sketch phase are free.
• Major changes (pose redesign or large rework) may require an additional fee.• Changes requested after completion will be charged depending on complexity.
• Any mistake from my side will be corrected at no cost.• Extras (Optional):
Additional versions of the artwork (such as different backgrounds, color variations, or alternate details) are available as extras and can be added upon request.• Final files are delivered in PNG format, with a small signature watermark.General Information• You may not claim my work as your own. Credit is required when posting.
• Editing the artwork or hiring third parties to alter it is not allowed.
• Private commissions may require an additional fee.• My style evolves over time. Minor differences may occur.• Please ensure your request matches the type of commission offered.
• Requests cannot be changed once work has started.• Final files will be sent via e-mail.Artist Rights• I retain full rights to the artwork, including:
– posting online
– using for portfolio or promotion
– creating process content• I may delay posting if the piece has a specific release date.• I reserve the right to:
– decline any request
– use the artwork as a future reference• Turnaround time varies (usually 3–21 days after starting).Priority Commission• Priority slots allow you to skip the queue.
• Priority fee: up to 75% of the total price.
